कब्ज (Constipation) का देसी इलाज – बिना दवा के राहत

Aajkal har doosre ghar mein ek shabd common hai – "pet saaf nahi hua." Subah washroom mein time lagta hai, stress hota hai, aur din bhar mood kharab rehta hai. Yeh constipation ke clear signs hain.
🥦 Fiber-rich khaana zaroori hai
Jab main roz palak, dalia, papita aur lauki apne diet mein laaya, toh 7 din ke andar fark dikhne laga. Har meal mein thoda fiber add karo. Raat ko isabgol garam doodh ke saath lena bhi kaafi faayda karta hai.
💧 Paane ki kami na hone do
Hum sochte hain ki sirf khana hi digestion mein role play karta hai, lekin paani usse bhi bada role nibhata hai. 7–8 glass paani din bhar mein zaroor piyo, especially subah uthkar ek glass garam paani.
🚶 Morning walk se natural solution
Subah ki halki exercise, jaise brisk walk ya Surya Namaskar, intestine ko active karti hai. Agar aap 20 minute bhi chalte ho daily, toh bowel naturally move karta hai.
🧘 Stress kam karo
Stress bhi constipation ka bada reason hai. Har raat sone se pehle phone side rakh do, aur 7–8 ghante ki neend lo. Shaant dimaag, healthy pet.
